[/quote] Wow, so when people from upcounty call the at-large reps about an upcounty issue they're like "tough luck, I don't care about you, haha!"?[/quote] They don't say it exactly how you said it, they do it with a bit more tact, but you essentially get redirected to your district member as another poster mentioned. It does go on the record as being responsive as someone did respond, but they accomplished absolutely nothing and got credit for doing something. Worst system ever. [/quote]
