I don't think no-knock warrants are okay either but it was legal in this case and both the boyfriend and the police officers fired in self defense. It was a horrible tragedy that resulted in an innocent woman's death. The officers made a mistake that resulted in this tragedy but it's hard to see how they can be criminalized for what came down to an error.[/quote]
