How about having a warrant for arrest for drug charges. That’s a pretty good reason to “break” into a home to arrest a potential criminal.

As I said before, if you shoot at the cops, expect to get shot at in return. (Referencing her boyfriend shooting the cops).  His shooting at the cops caused them to shoot back. Unfortunately she got caught in the crossfire. Still his fault for shooting first.[/quote]

How did he know they were cops and not intruders? What ever happened to 2nd amendment rights and the right to defend your home from intruders? If armed men burst into your home in the middle of the night, wouldn't you defend yourself?[/quote]

Can you imagine the NRA frenzy if this had happened to a white family? The boyfriend would have been a hero, his beautiful blonde EMT girlfriend a martyr. The laws would've been changed with a quickness, charges filed right away, the President would've tried to give the boyfriend a medal.

But they weren't white, so here we are. The only cop who failed to shoot her is charged because he could've endangered her neighbors. HER NEIGHBORS. [/quote]
