I disagree. Many of Christina's design ideas were the primary reason the houses sold. She has really good design instinct. I think people wrote her off as useless because of the way she looks, and maybe a little envy on the part of the viewer. However, in many of the episodes, she was spot on with her judgements.

Seriously? I don't dislike her, but her "good design instinct" was to leave all of their flips awash in generic gray and white finishes. That's all. Anyone, literally anyone, can do that. [/quote]

Yeah, you would think. However, I’ve been in people’s homes where they picked/renovated. Most people have absolutely no style and cannot pick attractive finishes. White and grey are clean. They make the spaces appear lighter and larger. People tend to pick browns and think it looks good. It doesn’t. [/quote]
