People in Chappaqua, Scarsdale, and Bedford look down on people who live in White Plains. Not fair but it’s the truth.[/quote] The average HHI in Westchester is about $30K lower than in Fairfax, so most of Westchester isn't like Scarsdale any more than most of Fairfax is like Great Falls.
