The fact that MCPS is too large is something that can be fixed. It is possible to break MCPS up into smaller, more manageable districts. It is not possible to brighten the moon. See the difference? Just because you don’t want MCPS to break up and be more efficient, doesn’t mean it can’t be done. [/quote]
