So I was just watching a doctor from Southern Florida say that 67% of the asymptomatic coronavirus patients under 30 show lung damage. These are asymptomatic people.
Can you share more information on this interview and where I could find it -which network and date as it may be able to be searched. I am curious about the lung damage in asymtomatic patients? Why were they getting X-rays if they had no symptoms? Was this part of a trial on people who tested positive with no symptoms? Was this regarding young soccer players?
https://www.msnbc.com/11th-hour/watch/doc-covid-19-damages-lungs-of-patients-showing-no-symptoms-87129669600 At about 55 second in.
She starts talking about it at 45 second actually.
MSNBC is a Far Left news agency. You really shouldn’t believe a thing they say. https://www.allsides.com/news-source/msnbc
Stop politicizing this. Sorry it is information that you don't like but science doesn't care what MSNBC or FOX think. There is nothing conclusive about this disease yet and the various affects it has on people mean that there a re a variety of risk levels that are seemingly random. There is no clear cut answer to why it kills a healthy Broadway actor in the prime of his life over 90 days requiring a leg amputation meanwhile a 75 year old just has mild cold like symptoms.
For you to say this is not politicized at the highest levels makes me even question you more. When you look at the facts posted by the CDC it is clear. Not some random Doctor from South Florida put on MSNBC. You people kill me. I said on another thread I am a registered Democrat. Can’t stand Trump. But I also own business(s) that have been hit hard, watched my children suffer and other issues. Quit playing dumb. We just watched thousands protest injustice without issue. Have you been to a public pool lately? You people continue to hurt the people that matter because you some how think it is going to get a meaningless stupid President out of office just to be replaced by another meaningless stupid President. If you really want to educate yourself, spend time on the CDC website instead of watching political propaganda. I’m sure you don’t believe anything on Faux News but fail to realize CNN and MSNBC are actually no better. The way people are acting now reminds me of the movie “Idiocracy”. We even have a Camacho clone!
For the last time. Nobody has a problem with playing soccer games. Full Stop. Now read the following very slowly and you just might understand. 1. Travel that requires overnight stays in hotels, extra meals at restaurants, public restrooms, all add risks that local games simply do not. Add in plane trips for Texas clubs who would go to Jeff Cup and even more risk, FOR SOCCER. 2. Kids CAN pass the disease on to adults. Adults are at more risks than kids. Are you going to tell the Maryland Soccer coach and the Frederick soccer coach, both of whom died of Covid that there is no risk? 3. Soccer is an extracurricular. There are certainly risks I would take for my job but I will not add to those risks for a soccer tournament. I do not need to get sick and put people at my work at further risk. So, accept that this fall is going to be different, look for ways to find compromise and we can get all of our kids out on the fields. Jeff Cup already changed the older groups to "Friendlies" Colleges are not coming to the showcase. So why don't throw your outrage at them? Do you think they are not making a educated decision based on a risk reward? Perhaps they feel having a Fall soccer season is more important to them than a rushed showcase. You should take that perspective as well. I'd rather play as much a full season as I can and not worry about some extra tournament after nearly 6 months of layoff.
I wasn’t talking about Jeff Cup but thanks for your input. I understand what you are saying and I disagree to a certain point. Nobody is demanding that any clubs go? If they don’t have enough teams, it will just be cancelled.
Why would anyone assume you were talking about Jeff Cup? Wait a minute...what's the title of this thread? But thanks for your input... LMAO.
