Do any of you answering this workout? I’m seeing severe calorie restriction but not much exercise.
That's because you still believe that exercising is the way to lose weight. It's not. When you eat in moderation, exercise is just for fun and to keep your body moving.
Exercise is 100% the way to lose weight. Unless you are human and eating calories for an elephant! To answer the question. Yes, I exercise. Prior to SIP, I went to gym 5 times per week, did over an hour of cardio. That's it. Now I walk over 18K steps daily. My fitbit says that is 7.5 miles. Let's say it is a bit off, still good amount of walking and burning calories. Cardio is the way to lose weight. Exercise is also great for your health and sleep, and positive attitude. People that propagate this exercise does not matter to weight loss are usually severely overweight.
You sound obsessive, what is your BMI? People who think they'll burn their calories in a gym are usually overweight.
I am around 116lbs-120lbs. 5'4". I am not overweight. I don't ocd about what I eat. I don't binge eat. I write and read all day long, and these walks are my way of moving and I like the peace of walking on trails, side walks, etc.. I like seeing the same guy on his porch, seeing kids riding bikes, seeing girls playing with swords. I saw a tiny fawn the other day, looked a few hours old. I just like it, there is no hidden agenda to it. Regardless, cardio is the way to lose weight, I stand by that. Clearly diet too. I am confused by your accusation that I am obsessive. At my gym I see the same people over and over, many do much more than I do. Why is walking obsessive?
