Prior to SIP, I went to gym 5 times per week, did over an hour of cardio. That's it. Now I walk over 18K steps daily. My fitbit says that is 7.5 miles. Let's say it is a bit off, still good amount of walking and burning calories. Cardio is the way to lose weight. Exercise is also great for your health and sleep, and positive attitude. People that propagate this exercise does not matter to weight loss are usually severely overweight. [/quote]
