That particular Days Inn location is run by Coakley and Williams Hotel Management https://www.cwhotels.com/ It is a firm that buys hotels that are both part of chains as well as independent hotels. They also operate the Holiday Inn Washington Central on Rhode Island Ave. [/quote][/quote]
