First it's, there's great competition locally and there's no need to travel because #Corona, now Charlotte and NCFC are your answers? So basically, eliminate DA to recreate the same (travel even further for competition) dynamic in ECNL, except have half seasons with HS play. Sounds like a recipe for what had been done previously and has led to athletic, relatively unskilled national teams that are being caught and will soon be overtaken by the western European countries.
