[/quote] Agreed I have seen this happen in multiple times where a child needs to be in a different placements because they are in crisis several times a day but it can take months if not the better part of a year to actually get them moved. We have one student who absolutely cannot function in school with out one to one support and a sheltered learning environment but the parents pulled that student out of services and refuses to come to meetings so it's really hard to get buy in from them or get the ball rolling. another student who has basically had almost no disruptions whatsoever gets a lot more services because the parents know how to advocate and use lawyers [/quote]
