He grew up in Bristol, CT - one of my good friends is from there originally and around that same time, and there was nothing thug-like about Bristol.  From what I gather, Aaron wanted to be a gang banger to prove something to his machismo dad. His dad was denied NFL chances, so Aaron seemed like he wanted to prove to his dad that he could do both. He was a broken little boy trying to impress his dad, it seemed. [/quote]
