The big dog in the DC area, hence the jealousy and the hatred
Hardly. Can’t hold a candle to Fairfax or Loudoun. This is why they won’t let a bridge be built. Everyone would go work in nova.
Do you see anyone tries to compare or measure up to Fairfax or Loudoun ? Nope. It's all about MoCo.
Yep. Look at all the threads about MoCo. Fairfax, Loudoun and the rest of NoVa are just wannabes.
Lol. Has it ever occurred to you that there’s no reason to try and compare or measure up to Fairfax or Loudoun because both jurisdictions are already considered to be highly desirable? What I see on this thread is a lot of empty bragging about MoCo. It gives me the image of a bunch of middle-aged burnouts thinking that they’re still living their glory days as star high school football players. This is EXACTLY the kind of attitude that will dampen the county’s future.
Huh? The highlighted makes no sense. When one wants to be the best, one tries to compare to, measure up to and beat the best...to be the best. You don’t try to measure up to mediocrity . If these jurisdictions were the best, others would try to measure up to them. Also, did you happen to check the title of this thread? "What comes to mind when you think of Montgomery County ". People say what they think and feel. Some brag about good things in MoCo, while others, haters and wannabes like yourself, throw shades and hatreds( when you all don't even live in the county ). Over 80% of the people living in the county think it's a great place to live, so it's not empty bragging. IT IS fact and reality.
