Not to mention calling him out on it as he's walking into the family gathering, as if that would make any difference. OP did you expect him to say, "You're right, I'll be right back -- I'm going to go get some gifts RIGHT NOW." Your comment was meant only to hurt him, as I'm sure it did.[/quote]
