OP, what did you experience? Why do you want to do it again?
OP here ... 8 pages and I haven't been back til now ... I totally forgot I'd posted this. Why I liked it: No stomach aches. No cooking. Brain resest, regardless of me typing 48 & 46 both ... let's split the difference and blow your little mind and call it 47 hours. It doesn't actually matter. No I didn't faint. No, I didn't get dizzy. Yes, I had tea and water & on the 2nd day broth. I was feeling like I was off and the broth fixed that right away. I do add a splash of cream/full fat milk to my tea when fasting. Just a smidge. I do it for the autophagy. I do it because we have cancer in our family. I do it -- yes -- to feel in control once in a while. I do it to help maintain my weight. I don't skip meals when I'm with my children, because yes, I DO want them to see healthy women eat and they don't yet understand the aging body and the fact that metabolisms will tank. Catholics consider not eating meat fasting ... so look, we can all define it however we want. My fasts include tea/coffee (with milk) and the broth, and water. I'm not anorexic, I am a normal weight. I don't have super powers, but if I could choose one it would be the ability to teleport anywhere. Haven't done it again yet, but I will in the future.
