If you campaign a lot, I think you can develop some of that.  Warren started off as not very good, and she seems to have evolved into a pretty strong campaigner... perhaps the best campaigner in the field.  It's her policies that are holding her back.

Klobuchar has the policies that would sell, but not the charisma.  You can't necessarily develop charisma (Pete has it natually), but Klobuchar could develop enough campainging skill to hold the attention of a large auditorium.  That is a requirement.  Hillary didn't have charisma, but she developed campainging skills over time.  Not the super star campaigning skills that Bill had, but she held her own.  Klobuchar needs more experience campaigning and owning a speech.

In the meantime... Mayor Pete is working his natural charisma and social intelligence for all its worth... and climbing in the polls.  [/quote]
