[/quote] Same, I’m 5’1” and a bit short waisted, but waistband brushes bottom of my navel. So much better than exposed hips. I don’t have a dramatic waist, but contouring into the small of the back gives me more definition, not less. Sure a photo dead from behind with a crop top might look like a flat wall of fabric, but I don’t dress like that and IRL the profile is not flat butt. The argument is silly, sure don’t wear them if you don’t like them, but adding fabric doesn’t actually change the shape of the body (aside from skipping the muffin top). [/quote]
