So he doesn't need to apologize for laughing?  The ship has sailed, and he has skated by letting Lara take all the blame.  He still sucks.   Too bad Robin was there at the time to provide some level of decency during the segment.

He absolutely does.  Here’s the original clip.  He says it at the 0:50 mark.  You’re seeing edited clips that make it look worse than it was.   Everyone is being manipulated into states of outrage.
