Another preschool/kindergarten teacher.  We absolutely know.  And we do judge parents who can’t be bothered to bathe their kids daily.  It’s just gross. [/quote]

Nope, you don’t. Hate to burst your weird bubble. I have non sweaty non stinky little girls who bathe 2-3x a week. You have no idea. I would put them in a lineup with 100 kids and you would never pick them out.[/quote]

Mothers can’t smell their own children.  Ask a friend who swears to be honest with you.  Our babysitter told us DD smelled after she missed her bath one night.  [/quote]

Okay. Your daughter smelled after missing a bath. Maybe she got sweaty, maybe she didn’t wipe well. Enough with all the martyring.
If your child smells, please give him or her a bath.  If they don’t, proceed to business as usual. I could wash my kid every night and all it takes is one bathroom without me properly wiping him and we are in trouble. You can’t always tell if someone has had a bath or not, so teachers please stop the shaming. [/quote]
