Funny but no.  Jim Crow is dead (good riddance) and nobody is raising forced segregation from the dead.  Not happening.  However, self-segregation is still very much alive and very much an individual's right.  So if you don't like non-whites and you don't feel comfortable when several of them or even one of them comes and stands near you while waiting for a train then you certainly have the right to move away to the other end of the platform.  And if you don't like none-whites and you don't feel comfortable when several of them or even one of them comes and sits near you while you're on the train then you certainly have the right to get up and move away to the other end of the car or if it will make you feel better you can change cars entirely.  That is not only reasonable but constitutional.[/quote]
