Its the profession they choose knowing what the pay is.  They can leave and get another job at any time.  If the tuition money is not being used on salaries or properly, then they need to address it with the university or union BUT students/parents are paying for a service and should be getting a good value and quality teaching for that money regardless of what the professor makes.[/quote]
