Not true. I adore DH--I still find him very sexy and I deeply love him. We have great sex, when we have it. Pregnancy and breastfeeding, then peri-menopause--no sex drive. Not even masturbating. Then throw in parenting a toddler, death of a parent, not being as kind to each other as we should be = no sex. We have it several times a year, and I give BJ when he asks. But it's been years since I've felt the urge to have sex. I want it to come back. And I recently started to feel the stirrings.
