What makes sense when comparing student strength is the average scores, not scores of a certain ethnic group. Or, are you suggesting that people's kids should only stay with white kids so comparing how white kids do in these two schools is the way to do it? Without the magnet program, Blair is nothing near any of the W's (or TPMS vs RFMS or CJMS), that is a known fact, I don't see why some people just keep ignoring that.[/quote]
