Yes, he did. Those are biased fact checks. All those photos of the kids in cages attributed to Trump  were taken in 2014. Guess, who was President in 2014?[/quote]
Yes those were unaccompanied minors who crossed alone, and the administration had no where to put them initially.  Notice then how they were all sent all over the US to live in communities, which is one of the things Trumpsters have been complaining about.  They were NOT separated at the border by CBP, unlike during Trump's administration.

So, it was Trump's CBP that started to rip families apart wholesale.  The small number of families who were separated during Obama's administration was due to questionable family ties.

I suppose you can find "unbiased" fact checks, though.  LOL
