This is what I am talking about. Notice this quote:

The Bullying and Harassment Form is actually mandated by the Maryland State Department of Education. The school was supposed to do a follow up meeting with the victim. At that meeting, the school system should share what was learned during its investigation and check to see if bullying is continuing. The family should be in contact with central office or the State Department of Education if the school is falling short on their follow up.

The IEP team should also review if the bullying has had repercussions on the student that needs to be reflected on his IEP. [/quote]
