I did some quick back-of-the-napkin math …. 4% + 59% = 63%

I guess 1st PP knows what they're talking about when they assert that OYSTER ADAMS is 63% black and hispanic  ?

Read slowly for understanding:  O-A continuing to feed Wilson will in no way reduce the percentage of Hispanics at Wilson as the PP asserts.  A large number of Wilson’s Hispanics come from Adams.  Sending them to Roosevelt would reduce Wilson’s racial and ethnic diversity.  Comprendes ahora?[/quote]
