[/quote] The responses in this thread are getting crazy. OP: the science says that some *light* drinking is probably fine. But what you're describing doesn't sound light, and it doesn't sound like a healthy relationship with alcohol whether you're pregnant or not. You shouldn't be using alcohol to cope with anxiety, and your husband shouldn't need a drinking buddy or be pressuring you to drink when you're not inclined to do so. Talk to your OB about this, hopefully with your husband present. Sounds like you both need a wakeup call. (This is coming from an occasional glass of wine while pregnant mom.)[/quote]
