That is totally discriminatory.[/quote] It’s not just on reservations. I lived in Williston, and the only delivery for anyone in “temporary” housing (not a house on a foundation) was a post office box. Watched City does the same thing. On the reservations, there’s no delivery in town, limited out of town and only if you’re on an established route.[/quote]
