I am a substitute teacher in FCPS and last year asked if I could vote at the school where I was working on the special election day (which happened to be in my same district). I produced my voter ID card and license. The poll workers refused to allow it, because it's against the rules, and I had to go to my regular polling place after work. They were apologetic and acknowledged it's an inconvenience, but they couldn't/ wouldn't bend the rules and I don't blame them for that.[/quote]
