[/quote] That sounds similar to what I faced, with the school district adamant that "fine motor delays don't qualify for IEPs." You have to repeate ad nauseum: 1) child has a disability 2) behavior stems from disability 3) behavior is keeping child from accessing the curriculum [/quote]
