If your son is part of the DMV team with promises of potentially moving up to Capital, but you realize that Capital is basically at capacity and none of those kids are going anywhere ... you're getting sold a bill of goods that will never materialize. At younger age groups, the dynamic is more fluid and kids move. As you go up in age groups, that window shrinks significantly. Madlax will and does make changes to their rosters to help them win - but this typically takes the form of new kids from other clubs coming in and taking spots ... not kids on DMV moving up to Capital team.
