What makes you think that the OP isn't working? What makes anyone think she doesn't already know just as well as everyone else how to manage. Its really condescending when you jump in with, well just do this and this. All fixed. She had a shitty day, its probably a lot less important today, but it was shitty enough for her to write it out. A little empathy goes a long way toward fixing that humanity problem.[/quote]
