And as long as your are fueling your body regularly (and daily IS regularly) you won’t lose out on nutrients, lose muscle, etc. Honestly what is truly disordered is the people in this post who cannot fathom going a few hours (like maybe 10 waking hours) without eating. Your body does not need constant feeding. [/quote]
