It's also an exemption, so you have to apply with no guarantees of anything.  Mason isn't the best at paperwork so be prepared to nag nag nag if you think you qualify for an exemption.  It's all freshman housed on campus for a reason - to give first years the first year dorm life experience.[/quote]

Probably to also get the image of GMU being a "commuter" college out of the way and up its profile.  Would be great to have a top 50-100 school in our backyard..  Will be good for rentals.[/quote]
