Maybe you should educate yourself.  Plenty of us citizens have relatives who have been "caught up" in Trump's bigoted bans.  This is a nation of immigrants.[/quote]

If they were caught up in the travel ban, by definition they were not citizens and have NO rights to immigrate to or even visit this country.  If we decide to let them in, good for them.  Being a nation of immigrants does not bind us to allow in everyone who wants to come.  People who say that are extremely ignorant of the history of immigration policy in this country.[/quote]
