They get evaluated by their staff which figures into performance evaluations and their salaries and it's a much more direct correlation than what parents think. Some teachers get emotional and demand suspensions. FWIW OP, your child may have made some mistakes, but he does not deserve this. He is 7. The staff is what 20s, 30s or 40s? [/quote]
