DP here.  Conservative. 
I listened.  I noticed a few slurred words.  If he had a stroke that impacted his speech, it would be much worse and much more prevalent.  Likewise, if he were being covertly “drugged,” as a pp stated, there would be other symptoms and the speech would be much worse. 
Seems to me as if he had a bridge/dentures that loosened.  That would explain the pronunciation of some words toward the end of the speech.  [/quote]

It's amazing how conservatives will overlook common sense solutions. He could have an actual checkup and evaluation by a real doctor. I listened to it twice more and it sounds less and less like dentures every time.[/quote]

I also listened to it twice, and it sounds exactly like a denture/mouth issue.  Especially because it gets worse as he continues the speech, indicating something has come loose.  I know it's hard to accept reality though.   :cry: [/quote]
