Translated for everyone who doesn't know anything about guns or CCW:

"I did the absolute minimum of training required and necessary to obtain the license, then immediately stopped doing anything to maintain even that low level of proficiency. I almost never carry the gun, so on the occasions when I do, I'm *incredibly* dangerous, because it's like I'm carrying it for the first time, instead of being as familiar with it as my phone or house keys.
