I personally wouldn't buy in SV, but I have no concerns looking in AU Park. It is no different than other nearby neighborhoods in this respect, like, say, the Palisades, directly on the other side of the FUDS. AU Park wasn't owned by AU and not commissioned to the military, and it was developed residentially much earlier. Truly curious why you would avoid it? Or are you avoiding anything nearby?[/quote]
