Can you please give more detail? Does the house have good quality after you put up with them? Do you have to pick up the model from theirs?
What do you need to know? We signed the contract in December and our house is under construction currently. We have a neighbor in our st who built with Relux in 2015 and says his house is holding up but the builder can be a pain. My understanding is they are understaffed. You can pick one of their models or you can build custom with the architect James McDonald. The Architect is very talented and cant say enough nice things about him. A custom home will run you about $30 k more. Their construction quality is at par with evergreen homes. They use a lot of Chinese made fixtures (who doesn't) and cabinets. The cabinets have held up based on conversation with home owners and looks like a high end American made cabinet. We got the kitchen aid package but Relux gives you a good deal if you go with Thermodore appliances. . What I liked about them is that they were the only builder to give me an exact breakdown of every material and quantity they were going to use. The contract ran like 20 pages but had every details, every trim , every tile etc. no other builder gave me to this level of detail. What I did not like about them was the staff and they don't seem very organized. Tip: Get everything in writing!
