I don't care what color my kids' teachers are.  I don't care what color my kids' friends are.  I want my kid to be surrounded by families who care about education, no matter what country they are from.  It is if zero importance to me that my child have POC as his teachers.  Honestly for younger DS, there are so rarely male teachers in ES that I think I'd even prefer a white male teacher over a black female teacher.

I want families who are not going to make my kid feel that he's being 'too white' because he wants to do well in school.  You can pretend that doesn't happen, but we know better.  [/quote]
