Could you prove you are  a citizen?  Who carries a passport with them? I'm a white male, do you think they would ask me?

No, this type of enforcement does not make us safer. What it DOES do is undermine our Constitution. If you believe the Constitution says what it says, it says these right apply to people, not strictly to US citizens. Everyone within our borders as 4th Amendment rights, and LEOs are in the best position to violate these rights.  These types of actions destroy our country, and if you support them, you are for destroying out country too.

Truthfully, I can say I have not idea if they need probable cause to ask such a question. And I don't think it's an outrageous question and I believe that if I was in a foreign country living and working as an American I would also expect to be asked a similar question. [/quote]
