Np. The problem is that these thugs know they can get away with it. In dc black youth crime (relatives and friends have been victims) is high and the city does nothing about it. Heck the man in capitol hill who had his head bashed in my thugs cant even talk or feed himself and his head is caved in. The thugs got a lenient sentence in dc. Do their black leaders care or are they more focused on white or cop on black crime?[/quote]
