This is how I feel. I do hope Mohan gets a positive ending, though. Right now it feels like the message she's getting is that she's not cut out to be a doctor at all, like when she trashed her ultrasound fellowship application after talking to the night shift senior resident (Sean from Shrinking! Was he on last season? I don't remember) and feeling like she couldn't compete.

Mohan is a great doctor. In fact she might be the doctor on the show I'd most want as my regular physician. But I do think the pace of the ED isn't right for her. She wants to get to know her patients better, be able to treat them over time, and do more than triage the most critical injuries before passing them off. She's just in the wrong speciality, that's all. [/quote]
