I'm anti Baldoni but, if he can prove Lively did something like this, he could use it in his defense that his PR crisis campaign was a defensive move, not a retaliatory one. It would be a little more persuasive than "she stopped following me on social media, so I started planning to destroy her (but coincidentally I totally didn't do that)." [/quote]

Could he also say that because Ryan Reynolds was walking around saying he was a sexual predator and getting him removed from his agency, and Leslie Sloan was going around spreading fat shaming rumors, that he hired a PR crisis communications firm?[/quote]

There is nothing wrong with hiring the firm.  It is what they did after being hired --- that is all the case is about.[/quote]
