Not many 13 year olds look 20, but a lot of 16+ look older. My teens are that age and I go to their high school and SEE it, PP, please believe me. It's a lot less traumatic for a 14 year-old to have sex with a 15 year-old than a 50 year-old.

Pretending that it is harmless for a promiscuous older man to have sex with any physically-developed young female just because the man has plausible deniability of a legal problem?
