DP - no, of course there isn't. This poster is making it up. The only indication that door opens inward is the statement from the article that "she slammed it shut," which would be a slightly odd thing to say if the door swung outward, but doesn't tell us either way.[/quote]

Not really.  You're forgetting that she saw the gunman and had called 911.  Those doors often have a slow or delayed close mechanism.  If you want it to close fast then you need to pull it hard.
