It's all allegations.  Durham has alleged that three people "lied" - that's the crime.  And, those accused of lying dispute it.

Durham claims Sussman lied by omission by not telling someone that he represented the HRC campaign.  The person he supposedly lied to has given multiple conflicting accounts of that and the first three times he said there was no lie.  Durham also never bothered to interview anyone on the HRC campaign to confirm the relationship.  He also never bothered to check an IG report that covered many of the same issues.
