If it helps you to sleep at night to categorize all white women who didn't love the Super Bowl performance as racist 'Karens' and 'Beckys', than so be it. You are narrow-minded and ignorant in your stereotyping though. I don't care if it's Madonna, Miley Cyrus, Beyonce, J-LO, Christina Aguilera, Shakira, Brittney Spears, etc. Miley Cyrus was disgusting at the VMA's years ago. Color does not matter at all in this situation to me but I realize some individuals no matter what will always find a way to throw race into it. [/quote]

I'm one of those white women who is outraged at the performance in terms of appropriate content for children.  On the other hand, 20 years ago, before kids and family, I can see myself having the same attitude as these youngsters.   You don't consider kids much until you have your own.
